Is There a Solution to Aging Skin Problems?
Just about every woman starts to experience aging skin problems as she passes 40, or perhaps 50. Aging causes various problems with skin health, including wrinkles, skin thinning, loss of collagen and elastin which itself causes a decline in skin health, and even aging spots on skin areas like the face.
What to do about these aging skin problems? Is there anything that you can do about these problems with your skin?
Yes there are things you can do to combat aging skin problems. The first thing you can do is to recognise that skin health is connected to overall health, and that as you age you need to stay as healthy as you can generally to optimize your skin health.
This includes paying attention to important things like a diet rich in fruit and vegetables and plenty of exercise. These two things will help promote overall health, but are just as important for good skin health right into old age as well.
Fresh fruit and vegetables, for example, provide plenty of important antioxidants which help combat one of the major causes of aging skin problems, the effects of free radicals on the skin. And exercise helps promote good blood circulation which is also very important for good skin health into later life.
And there’s 2 other things that you absolutely mustn’t do if you want to optimize your skin health and keep good looking youthful skin into older age. Don’t smoke and don’t get sunburned. Both of these are terrible things to do to your skin and cause all sorts of skin health issues.
But eating well and exercising isn’t all you can do to combat aging skin problems. They are certainly a good start, but only a start to good skin health.
You need to find a range of high quality natural skin care products and use them, from as early in life as possible. A good range of skincare products will do wonders for your skin. For example the best skin care products supply huge amounts of antioxidants to your skin. Far more antioxidants than you can get just by good diet alone.
And the best skin care products can also help stimulate your skin to actually produce more of it’s own collagen and elastin. And the loss of collagen and elastin is one of the biggest factors in aging skin problems, so stimulating the skin to produce more makes a massive difference.
Trials have shown visible results within a month.
But notice that I said natural skin care products. Big brand skin care and anti aging products aren’t high quality, and don’t work very well. They are made down to a price rather than up to a quality, and more money is spent on marketing than the product ingredients. But they sell very well because they’re seen on TV so often.
The best skin care products that combat aging skin problems are actually natural skin care products which utilize naturally occurring high quality ingredients which are known to contribute to overall skin health. They work extremely well and are cost competitive with the big brands because there is no massive marketing budget as there is for the big brand anti aging products.
But for this reason it’s unlikely that you’ve ever heard of the company that makes them, because they don’t advertise. They compete with the big brands on product quality, not marketing budget.

My skin problems are related to hormones. Is there a solution to this?
Growing up I had bad really bad skin. Probably top 10-20 in my middle and high school of about 500. At the age of 16 I decided to abstain from sex and masturbation for as long as could and a side effect that became apparent was my skin cleared up tremendously. This went on for about 3 months but to my sadness after that time my skin went back to the way it was before. That’s when I first noticed the correlation between my sexual habits and my skin.
Today I am in my late 20’s and I still have bad skin. My pores are large and although I wash twice a day and have tried many many cleansers and routines my skin does not respond at all and is still constantly oily with blemishes. There are people that are sometimes skeptical of a correlation between sexual activity and the condition of skin, and I’ll agree that its different for everyone but let me elaborate on my own experience. Basically If I go an extended period of time without sex or masturbation, usually 2 weeks my skin begins to noticeably clear up. Pores get smaller, less oily and blemishes go away. People compliment etc. etc. The opposite is true if i become more sexually active. Usually about 1 to 2 days later my skin gets noticeably worse. Blemishes start to show up everywhere and my pores get larger and filled with oil. I can see the oil in the pores in my nose and when I wash my face I’ll look in the mirror a few hours later and its back again seeping out.
These are not circumstances that happen sometimes and sometimes not, this is like clockwork and without fail since I first noticed over 10 years ago the action reaction never deviates. I am certain its 100% related in my case.
This being the case is there a medication I can find or is there anything at all I can do to stop this aside from adjusting my sexual habits when I don’t want my skin to look bad?
Diet is associated with hormone control as well as chemical balance in your body. There is no real answer to what you should eat, because, every single person is responsive in different ways to different foods and drinks.
You could try to do a complete 180 on your most common INTAKE.
If you eat lots of dairy products, try to drop your dairy intake by 80%. OR, if you eat more beef than chicken, etc.
It’s a difficult measure but, it will definitely make your body adjust to the loss of what ever it was so used to receiving.
