Everyone wants to achieve beauty and health. To succeed humans should constantly work on their diet. It is very important to eat nourishing but healthy food and decrease fats; all these effectively impact on our complete condition and appearance. Here are some beauty tips you for.

Apple Cider Vinegar-The heavy concentration of apple cider vinegar results to peeling off dead skin cells. In addition it splits fat and assist food digest.

Carrots -This vegetable protects and keeps the outer skin layer and results preventing premature aging. The components of carrot correspond to Retin A.

Cheese -It is better to eat such kind of cheese as Swiss, cheddar, or Gouda. These ones assist in preventing cavities. In addition, the above kinds of cheese block bacteria in the mouth. Hence if you wish to have a nice smile, include a slice or two into your diet.

Citrus Fruits -Lemons, oranges and any other citrus fruit form collagen resulting to holding the skin cells together. It is necessary to drink fruit juices and eat fruit every day. As the matter of fact, collagen cannot be added to the skin topically.

Tomatoes -Tomatoes is a remarkable vegetable for your skin as it is high in vitamin A, vitamin C, and potassium.

Wheat Germ -If you do not know how to become free of pimples, wheat germs will effectively help you. The only thing you should do to eat two or three tablespoons of what germs per day. Add it into your food such as to yogurt, cottage cheese and such.

Vegetables -You need to eat vegetables at least times per day. It will be useful to eat raw and leafy greens.

Meat -Eat no more than three ounce servings per day. Do not forget to take off all fat. It will be better to include turkey or chicken in two servings. And the third ounce should be fish.

Fruits -To keep your beauty keep two to three servings of fruit in a day. You may eat fruit salad for the 1st serving and chopped /sliced fruit for the 2nd serving.

Dairy -Try to keep two servings per day. A serving should contain eight ounces of milk or yogurt.

Fats -Try to decrease to two servings of salad dressing, cooking oil, butter, and mayonnaise.

Note your health and beauty depends only on you. Be sure you will manage to keep them.

    Like honey or lemon juice, what are some cheaper food items that can also double for beauty uses?
    I use honey and lemon juice for both food and beauty purposes.
    What are some other ideas along that line - foods (that you eat a good amount of, especially) that double as beauty items? Preferably nothing too expensive at all, please. Thanks!

    I like to make a sugar and olive oil (or just plain cooking oil) scrubs for my face and hands.
    The oil is also a great way to soften feet after a good, hot soak.

    oatmeal - put it in a blender for scrubs and masks
    Vinegar - the acid is a chemical exfoliant
    sugar - use a scrub that doesnt sting like salt
    Olive oil - greasy, but great fro really dry skin, hair, etc.
    PIneapple - bromolain and acids are exfoliants
    Tomato….same deal
    carrot - grate and mix with
    yogurt as a mask to replenish the skin….

    egg whites make a great tightening mask that also helps get rid of whiteheads and blackheads.

    Avocado mashed up makes a great moisturizing mask.

    Cucumbers slices on your eyes get rid of bags under your eyes.

    Baking soda - can use w/ hydrogen peroxide as a toothpaste to whiten teeth & to freshen breath.

    Crush raspberry & mix w/ a bit of honey. Use a lip scrub & rinse off. Raspberry will stain lips a bit.

    Ground oatmeal or use cornmeal as a face scrub. Can be mixed w/ water or yogurt.

    Yogurt has lactic acid which loosens dead skin cells.

    Olive oil - use a base w/ sugar, salt or coffee grounds for scrubs.

    Diluted vinegar as a clarifying hair rinse.

    Green tea as an ingredient for toner.

    Cold tea bags to depuff eyes.

    Black tea as a rinse to darken hair.

    Veggies like cucumbers, tomatoes & avocados for facials.
