How do I get rid of beauty spots with out treatment?

I am covered in beauty spots! They’re everywhere! On my face, arms, legs it makes me look less attractive. I feel so ugly. Is it true lemon juice fades them away? I want to know if there’s any way I can fade because I hate them. Why the hell they’re called beauty spots I don’t know! Help me, 10 points?
