How can I keep my dry skin from cracking and bleeding?
The skin on the inside of my nostrils drys up during the winter. To make it worse, I often get water up my nose when I swim. The skin on the inside of my nose dries up very badly. Then it cracks and bleeds if i move my nose or the skin flexes or stretches. How can I help my dry skin inside my nostrils?

Use a saline spray for your nose. I have a similar problem as well, and the saline spray worked for me.

You can use Simply Saline nasal spray to hydrate, you can find it at most pharmacies.
and
Dip a Qtip in some safflower oil and apply it to the inside of your nose.
