Here is a review for my first experience with Lottabody Setting lotion. I highly recommend it based on this one use and I’m sure you’ll see me using it in many upcoming tutorials. Make sure to follow package directions for diluting.

Also, I’d like to place a link for Fleur’s wonderful little hot sticks tutorial…I am gonna get me some!

    Fun tip for …
Fun tip for diluting taken from an idea from my aunt - use an old body spray spritzer bottle that has been rinsed out for the diluted setting lotion.

It adds a very subtle scent to the hair since the lotion itself isn’t the most fragrant in the world.

So funny you mentioned the Hot Sticks. I just found my old set recently and decided to see how they’d work for a fast pin curl look, and they worked quite well! Not as well as traditional pin curls, but still very nicely! They’re great for a pin up look when you don’t have much time.

Hi Yes i have hot …
Hi Yes i have hot stick I think it’s the best product out there (i have the bayliss, but conair machine Is just the same)
i’ve got very long thick hair (30 inch) and it’s really difficult to curl so that its stays curled for more than 5 minutes
But with the hot sticks i don’t even need hairspray, just a little water and it wil stay curled for 2 day’s :D It’s the only thing that really works for me. With short hair and Lottabody Setting Lotion it’s might even last longer.

just wanted add, I’ve been using those hot sticks for years. I used them for my 20’s video and later I did a tutorial with them. I’m not crazy about them because they are hard to handle because they are so hot.

If I said that, I misspoke. I meant to say that it frizzed w/ gel or a ‘putty’ product…things that alot of stylists use w/ pincurls. I had very little experience w/ setting lotion.
