Then dont, trust me, buy an electric razor.
No razor bumps, no rash no nothing.

Been there done that man.
I use a little bit of baby oil when I’m still in the shower (it makes it so soft, you won’t be able to get yuor hands out of your pants), then some "advanced healing" store bought hand lotion to sooth the razer burn.
