but you said on your website that you should not skip moisturizing. I have a problem with this, because ive been trying to find the *perfect* moisturizer but they all break me out more. Suggestions?

o Dan! Very interesting regime but look what wikipedia says about Moisturizers. “A recent study found that the application of certain moisturizers increases the incidence of skin cancer in mice.” Do you know anything about that?

Now I am trying to get it clear again. I bought ZapZyt for $15. I started on Sun. I’ev not had swelling, peeling, norburning; i do see new pimples under my ears. I think that is minor. I ‘ve read that the skin gets worse b4 it gets better.

When I 1st stopped using proActiv I switched 2 the imitation proAcne(now called acneFree) & it maintained my skin just as pA had. $ became even tighter so I stopped the acneFree. Starting last fall in Sep 8 myface broke out really very bad & got worse thru the winter. Forehead & temple pimples, under the skin chin pimples, whiteheads..it was so painful to look @ myself. …..continues …

rice: Oops then I, doing it wrong. Im using the Zapzyt 3pc kid. It is SA in the cleanser & day cream, 5% BP in the night cream. I didnt phase myself in. I used the BP night cream all over my face and my shoulders [ yes I ahve backne too, argh!]
I had 1st/previously used BP when I used the ProACtiv 3pc kit in march 2k4. I didnt have any adverse rxn back then. I wish I hadnt stopped as my acne has come back. It was that proActiv is expensive, $46 monthly.

yes. so.. day one …
yes. so.. day one 15min then wash off.. then the next day 30 min wash off.. continue this cycle until you hit the night when you leave it on for 4 hours (in 5 days) in which you leave it on overnight the next day.. this will allow your skin to get used to the BP.. itll make a difference in itchiness and redness if your skin is sensitive.

5-20 minutes after BP according to his site (if i remember correctly). This regimen really works, you guys should try it.

Even initially we r supposed 2 put on b for just 15min then wash it off? I thought it is supposed 2 be left on overnight? I thought the phase in process was seeing how our face reacts to the overnight application, & if our face isnt swollen or puffy in the AM, we can start using the bp in the day as well ( just have 2 wear sunscreen).

yes, you should …
yes, you should always use a moisturizer no matter what. Under-moisturized skin can lead to more break-outs

if you’re starting out.. 15 minutes the first day then double the time each night until the time is up to 4 hours in with u ccan leave on overnight
