How long after applying a serum should i apply a moisturizer?

So im currently using this serum for my face. So should i moisturize after i apply it on or not. If so how long should i wait to apply the moisturizer on or do i just apply the moisturizer straight after i apply the serum. Is it safe to do this? Will the moisturizer mix with the serum and make it worse? Im planning on using Cetaphil moisturizer because thats the only one that i have used before

you should put it on right after its how iv all ways done it and my face is clear plus my boyfriend Always tells me how soft it is!!
