What is a good foundation or tinted moisturizer to cover acne?

I need a pretty light foundation just to cover my mild acne. They’re just spots. Or can you recommend me a good tinted moisturizer that covers well. I need something that can be found in drugstores. I have a beige-ish color. I have kind of oily/normal skin. My acne is only on my forehead. I want something that looks really natural and flawless. Thank you! Links would be nice!

Buy a tinted moisturizer. My favorite brand is Neutrogena Healthy Skin Enhancer. It comes in different shades, and has built-in SPF and retinol. The company claims this foundation/moisturizer is sheer, however in my opinion the product actually covers better than your average real foundation, but only looks sheer (bonus!). This product ranges between $10-$14, depending up where you purchase (of course Wal-Mart is always cheapest). I have tried more expensive brands, but Neutrogena never seems to fail with their Enhancer.

Moisturizer is essential, even for those that break out. The reason is that foundation goes on smoother and more evenly, and your final look will be less cakey or ashy. Plus, I always recommend powder as an additional step towards full coverage; if you don’t start with moisturizer, your skin will appear cracked and aged.

If you are a more experienced makeup user, you may venture out and buy a foundation primer. From my experience, however, primers are tricky in that they can acerbate acne and cause some foundations to slide on rather than stick like they are supposed to.

I use Bare Minerals or Time Balm Foundation. They both look really natural and flawless. I purchase mine at the Sephora make up stores, but you could probably find them at any make up store

    Try Almay Smart Shade.
Or, if you’re willing to pay a bit more, go for Almost Make Up from Clinique.

I totally sympatthis with your problem as i used to suffer with severe adult acne. Especially with chin acne.

I used to use lancome tinted mostiriser but i found it doesn’t have much coverage and had to use a concealer as we;;.

But i discoverd a fantastic acne treatment and after years and years of batteling with severe acne it has now finally cleared up. If you are interested here is a link to my web page i created about it
