What is a good tinted moisturizer that isn’t tested on animals?
I am fair and have an uneven skin tone. I used to use tinted moisturizer but I rarely do anymore. I want to start again because I really like how it looks, so what is a good quality tinted moisturizer that isn’t tested on animals?

Hard Candy Sheer Envy. you can get it at wal mart now for like 8 bucks (they used to sell it at sephora and ulta for alot more) its not tested on animals and its the best stuff ever i just got it a few weeks ago and it already made my list of top makeup products
