Skin Care Help! Acne… Natural Remedy?!?
I’m 23 and I’ve had mild acne since highschool. Here’s what I do now:
    -wash my face w/ a mary kay bar soap a.m. & p.m.
-use 2.5% benzoyl peroxide, then an oil-free lotion
-I eat healthy for the most part
-change my pillow case every 2 days
-I hardly wear make up.. and when I do I use Bare Escentuals Mineral MakeUp

I’ve tried Proactiv twice and it worked at first.. but it wasn’t for me. I don’t want to try anything harsh.. like drugs from a dermatologist.. Has anyone tried anything that is natural & safe that has worked?! I’ve been researching Acnezine and other detoxing products. Anyone tried those?! I’m in desperate need. Anyone who suffers from acne knows how hard it is. Please help!

If there’s a dermatologist out there that could tell me how the detoxing natural remedies work that would be Awesome!

I’m using Clean & Clear benzoyl peroxide cleanser twice a day, and lavender essential oil to spot treat. It’s working good for me. (The lavender oil is a disinfectant and helps it heal faster, as well as not leaving a scar.)

    Oh you poor dear,
Try this easy, effective method uses one kitchen-cupboard herbal ingredient, and calls upon the power of a warm compress to open pores and allow the healing benefits of the herb to work on blemished skin. The compress method is more comforting and quicker to use than a facial steam, but is every bit as effective.
Get the recipe online at the link below.
It works and is all natural.
    Good Luck
    Peace

sorry you can’t get rid of it, but treat it. what you should do i recommend is find a light facial washer that won’t over dry your face and a light mosturizer. avoid over washing your face, 2 times a day is plenty. (don’t give up on the product so quickly if it doesn’t seem to work give it about 2 weeks to see any results", most likely it’s your hormones kicking in that cause your acne outbreaks. i suggest you just relax, drink plenty of water to flush your impuriteis away, excercise to cicrcluate the blood movement around your body and face, change your bed covers. *a super secret recipe for natural clear face" - squeeze half of a lemon into your cup of water everyday twice. and drink it. this method cleans your liver and your body. your liver controls your hormones and your skin* oh yea get plently of sleep yO!
