Skin Care Tips: Basic Skin Care Strategies That You Should Do in Order to Avoid Dry Skin Problems
Your skin is your largest organ in your body. It serves well in the area of beautification. People who have good skin, looks good with or without makeup on. Being beautiful is effortless for those people who maintains it well and keeps it healthy. Your skin is also your first line of defense before a microorganism can enter your body and infect your vital organs. Without it, any harmful bacteria can easily penetrate in your body and can make you ill. It plays a vital role and that is protection of your inner organs.
However, since we are exposed to various toxins and stresses in life, your skin may be prone to damages. One of the most common problems people encounter is dry skin. Any person having dry skin can be affected physically and psychologically. It can lower self-esteem because you will be too ashamed of getting too close with other people. Dry skin can be rough to touch and any teenager can deprive themselves of their freedom to wear any clothes they like. Some may develop long-term skin illness like dermatitis or psoriasis that could even destroy your body image. Therefore, if you want to avoid these problems, get to know even the simplest methods for skin care.
Here are some ways to do it:
1. Do take a shower a maximum of two times a day. While taking a bath, use soaps and other bath solutions that are not harmful to your skin. Do check the ph of these solutions or you can make use of hypoallergenic one. Do not stay on the bath for a long time and when you do, avoid overly using scrubs and other abrasives.
2. In drying your skin, pat dry it. Never rub it vigorously especially when you are in a hurry. Use cotton materials in drying your skin to do it effectively.
3. Do use moisturizing lotions that have sun protection. You should be using this especially during the summer. Avoid over exposure to the sun. It does not mean that you have protection you can stay long for hours. When the sun is too hot, you can still burn.
4. When it is cold, do protect your skin. Use gloves, jackets or socks as much as possible.
5. Hydrate as often as you could. Water is a good source of moisture in your body. Therefore, maintain eight glasses a day. Do not forget to maintain a healthy diet. Eat fruits and vegetables and avoid anything fatty or too many sweets. Do try to get some sleep. It can help retain and regenerate your skin moisture by relaxation. You also need to exercise. Doing so maintains a normal metabolism and can help flush toxins in the body. Thus, your body maintains it normal functions and maintains homeostasis including your skin.
As you can see, skin care to prevent dryness is simple things to do. These simple things are the usual things that we neglect that are why many people have encounter problems.

Men’s Skin Care - Some Beauty Tips For Men
Have you heard about “Man Skin Care?” If this sounds strange to some men, it probably sounded even stranger decades back. But not so now. The emerging boom in the market of skin care products for men sugggests that more and more men have gotten around to appreciate the value of skin care.
What is “man skin care?” Despite marked differences between the male and female hide, there are ways of skin care for men that follow the same steps or precedures applied by women when they attend to the upkeep of their own skin. An example is cleansing. As with women, cleansing aims to get rid of various kinds of dirt from the skin and prevent pores from being clogged. Unlike women, however, men are covered with oilier skin due to larger pores and bouncier sebaceous glands. Disabled skin pores trap oily compounds beneath them, causing skin irritations and infections. Thus cleansing becomes doubly important for men, and should be done as often as possible. Water soluble cleansers, rather than soap, have been proven to be more effective especially for facial cleansing.
Man skin care also shares with products used by women. Both sexes are better off with skin care products that draw on natural ingredients, such as aloe vera, sea salt and substances derived from coconut. Antiseptics made from natural oils like lavender, tea tree, etc. are highly effective for man skin care as they are for women’s needs.
Another example is the need for protection against skin cancer. Due to a more resistant nature of their skin against ultra-violet radiation, males maybe less prone to such type of afflictions compared to females. But where thorough skin care programming is concerned, men need protective measures just like women do. In this respect sunscreen products and moisurisers are helpful components of man skin care.
But beyond the parallelism between gender insofar as skin care is concerned, a lot of man skin care actually has something to do with shaving. Man’s facial hair often makes shaving a compulsory task. And it is one necessity where proper use of equipment and the right application of varius skin care products become indispensable parts of the routine. You may start with choosing your razors carefully. The swivel-headed types have been proven to minimize causes of accidental cuts; see it for yourself if they suit your needs too. Avoid scratching your skin with the razor by loosening up a bit on your grip of the handle. Slide your hand freely and gently with each stroke.
The skin care products you need for shaving should include either foam, gel or cream and aftershave lotions. Again be judicious in selecting the kind of products that serve you best. Many skin care products for men differ in their composition and suitability to varying types of skin. Your choice, therefore, must be guided by the type of skin you have or the degree of its oiliness.
Shaving takes away moisture from your skin. Although the relatively thicker and oilier male skin mitigates it, the loss should be compensated by using moisturising gels or creams. With upward massage-like strokes, apply them gently over your face after every shave. Shaving foams or gels with built-in moisturisers are also helpful. Avoid alcohol-based aftershaves.
Man skin care is not as hard and complicated as you, like many men, probably think. The ritual does not demand so much of your time. Its reward is a clean and healthy skin you can happily wear for as long as you want.

Vitamin C For Skin Care - What Experts Reveal
Vitamin C is gaining recognition in the skin care world. Known to promote production of protein–called collagen–in the skin, Vitamin C works effectively against wrinkles and slows down aging. Collagen makes the skin more elastic and firm. Vitamin C is also known to control the common elements that harm the skin.
The growing reputation of Vitamin C as an effective anti-aging and skin care compound has also led to its increasing blend as ingredient in so many skin care products. This unfortunately has created complications in many skin care or anti-aging products because Vitamin C reacts relatively quickly to oxidation. Thus the shelf life or effectiveness of Vitamin C-laced skin care or anti-aging products quickly diminishes when exposed to oxidizing elements like air. When Vitamic C in skin care products gets oxidised, the product’s color turns yellowish-brown.
The challenge therefore for skin care products enhanced with Vitamin C is to be careful with their storage. Always keep them from being exposed to oxidizing elements. Also, these products require a particular range of storage temperature, which normally forms part of product information and can be read from the product label itself. When a product starts showing discoloration, it is time to discard it.
Manufacturers of Vitamin C skin care products have stepped up research on how to deal effectively with the problem of Vitamin C oxidation. They have already tried raising the concentration levels of Vitamin C in these products. The reformulation might have slowed down the reaction process, but unfortunately it hardly addressed the underlying cause of the problem and is therefore unlikely to totally resolve it. Moreover, the increased concentration of Vitamin C in skin care products means higher costs and makes them more expensive.
Another option has been to apply Vitamin C derivatives like magnesium ascorbyl phospate and ascorbyl palmitate in Vitamin C skin care products. Although they are not as effective as pure Vitamin C, they bring to the products some advantages that make them more desirable. Some consumers say that these derivatives are in fact more stable against oxidation. They help skin care products become less irritating than those enhanced with pure Vitamin C. They are also less expensive. Vitmain C derivative skin care products thus look promising and are attractive alternatives to Vitamin C skin care products.
It is important, however, to keep in mind that skin care treatment using Vitamin C or its derivatives has no uniform effect on everyone. If none of them are showing positive effects on you after their regular use, then you may decide that Vitamin C is not suited for you. It is useless to stick to a skin care regimen just because it is popular and everyone else seems to swear by it. The bottom line is Vitamin C enhancements continue to be refined and that there are many ways to beautiful skin. The way to yours may or may not be Vitamin C skin care treatment.

Should You Use Skin Care Cosmetic
A beautiful and healthy skin is a big confidence booster. Some people are naturally beautiful and hence don’t use any ’skin care cosmetic’. Then there are others, who don’t use skin care cosmetic due to their laziness. Still some feel that skin care cosmetic can harm their skin, and hence abandon the use of any kind of skin care cosmetic. However, there are a large number of people who do use skin care cosmetic (that’s why the business of skin care cosmetic is prospering). Â
So, is skin care cosmetic useful, or is it harmful? Well, the opinions seem divided. However, one thing is for sure - Looking beautiful is surely nice and very desirable. Also, too much skin care cosmetic can surely be harmful (as such, excess of anything is harmful). So, what does one do?
The first thing is to formulate (and follow) a skin care routine that will help keep your skin healthy and disease-free. The general recommendation is to cleanse and moisturise everyday, and tone and exfoliate occasionally (as and when needed). Â
Next thing is the skin care cosmetics that you would be using additionally (as beauty enhancers). These skin care cosmetics could either be part of your skin care routine or be applied only on special occasions (e.g. when attending a party etc).
The most important thing with skin care cosmetic is its selection. Here is a set of rules that you should use when selecting any skin care cosmetic:
* The general rule is to use products that suit your skin type. This is true both for the routine products and for the skin care cosmetic. So check the label to see what it says e.g. ‘for dry skin only’ or ‘for all skin types’ etc. * Test the skin care cosmetic before using it. This can be done by applying the skin care cosmetic on a small patch of skin e.g. ear lobes and checking the reaction of your skin to the product * Check the ingredients of the skin care cosmetic for chemicals that you are allergic to. Do not use products that are very harsh on skin e.g. products with high alcohol concentrations; such cosmetics might work for once but cause a long-lasting damage to your skin. * ‘More isn’t better’. Ensure that you apply the products in right quantity (neither less not more). Also, be gentle with your skin and follow the right procedures for application of skin care products. Rubbing too hard or trying to squeeze a pimple can lead to permanent damage to your skin. * Finally, if you have a skin disorder e.g. acne etc, you should consult your dermatologist before using any skin care cosmetic.

What is Your Aging Skin Care Routine?
An effective aging skin care program is not easy. If you are not using the right products, you will not see the results you want. No one likes to grow old, but you can age more gracefully and reduce the lines and wrinkles that appear on your skin.
Now, there are two main reasons why your skin ages and once you have an understanding then you will be able to choose the right products for your aging skin care routine.
When we are younger, our bodies produce an abundance of the vital skin proteins called collagen and elastin. These proteins give our skin the texture and elasticity associated with youthful skin.
As we age, our bodies produce less and less of these proteins. Without an ample supply of collagen and elastin, our skin begins to form lines, wrinkles and age spots. Now, do you see where I am going with this? Our bodies need to produce more of these proteins when we are older. A proper aging skin care program will address this.
The other reason that causes the skin to age is the damage caused by free radicals over time. Free radicals are very reactive chemicals that are traveling around our bodies and they damage our skin cells.
If you choose an effective aging skin care routine, then you will be addressing both of the causes of aging skin. You can reduce the signs of aging in your skin if you use skin care products that contain natural ingredients that work to restore the vital skin proteins. In addition, the product should contain antioxidants that will help reverse the damage caused by free radicals.
Now, let us focus on a specific ingredient found in an effective anti aging skin care program. The substance I am referring to is Cynergy TK. It comes from New Zealand and is effective at increasing the bodiesâ production of collagen and elastin. It also contains antioxidants that help to reverse the damage caused by free radicals.
If you can find a product that contains Cynergy TK, then you are on your way to an effective anti aging skin care program. If you would like more information on the natural substances that help restore the vital skin proteins in your body then please visit my website.

Best anti wrinkle products are the ones that have natural ingredients clinically proven effective in anti wrinkle skin care and skin rejuvenation on human volunteers, not on lab rats or something like that.
Now here is the anti wrinkle skin care secret that can save you a lot of disappointment and frustration.
Collagen Based Skin Care Scam
Which are the so called “best anti wrinkle products” you should avoid because they are just a white lie and just an advertising hype?
You must save yourself from the big scam that is going on in the name of collagen based anti wrinkle skin care creams. These are the products that contain collagen and elastin as one of their ingredients.
Unethical Anti aging skin care product manufacturers are exploiting the consumers who are unaware of the scientific fact that collagen in topical skin creams cannot be absorbed by our skin.
The reason is that the collagen molecule in the collagen based anti aging skin care creams is too big to penetrate the skin. The uppermost layer of our skin called Epidermis rejects it from entering within. So, what else to say about the deeper skin layers!
Thus application of collagen based so called “best anti wrinkle products” is absolutely useless. You can confirm the above facts by consulting a dermatologist or by visiting a reputed medical website.
Millions of dollars could be saved from getting wasted on futile and useless anti wrinkle skin care products if just this simple fact was taken care of adequately.
Secret of Skin Rejuvenation
Now you might get a bit confused here, as you know that Collagen and Elastin are the two youth giving skin proteins in our skin. They are the ones who give us a firm, supple, pliant and elastic skin. Then what is the solution for skin rejuvenation if application of collagen based anti aging skin care creams is useless?
The secret of skin rejuvenation in best anti wrinkle products is using such natural ingredients that have a clinically proven role in enhancing the natural production of collagen and elastin in your body itself. Then the inner fountain of youth restarts again.
A higher production of these vital skin proteins by your body (like it used to do in your youth days) gives you a firm, supple and young skin once again that if free of wrinkles, bags, saggy skin and uneven complexion.
One of such breakthrough natural substances is Cynergy TK. It has been pioneered in New Zealand. It rejuvenates skin effectively by enhancing the production of collagen and elastin in the body. It also significantly improves skin moisture retention and skin elasticity. It has also shown new skin cells regrowth and skin cell proliferation up to 160%!
Cynergy TK is a relatively new discovery and is not available in the big anti wrinkle skin care brands, and might not be available even for the next few years. But it is available in some of the best anti wrinkle products by select niche manufacturers.
Another natural substance that is wonderfully effective in anti wrinkle skin care that it should be part of the best anti wrinkle products is Phytessence Wakame. It is an extract of a special Japanese sea kelp. It is also consumed as a food in Japan. It has proven very effective in skin anti aging and skin rejuvenation. It remove skin wrinkles, gives smooth velvety skin and works as an effective antioxidant by countering free radical damage on skin cells before it occurs
Phytessence Wakame helps maintain the balance of hyaluronic acid in the body. It is very vital as it plays a key role in maintaining skin health and vitality along with collagen and elastin. Together these two ingredients form part of the best anti wrinkle products.

Facial Skin Care – a Guide to Finding the Genuine Products
How many times can we fall victim to the marketing that the major cosmetics companies feed us every year about how safe, and effective their brand new facial skin care products are? Most of us have bought into these lies only to try the facial care products over a period of weeks only to find out in the end that we have literally thrown our money away.
Why is it that there are seemingly no facial skin care products that work the way that they are advertised to? The major cosmetics companies always market their newest creams and lotions as if they were the most revolutionary products in the cosmetics industry, because itâs simply a smart marketing tactic. They know when they are doing it though that the product is useless.
The reason that they know that their facial care products wonât do anything for you is because they used inferior ingredients in order to make the product. These companies simply bank on the fact that the average consumer does not have the knowledge necessary to be discriminating about what ingredients are in the products that they use, and in most cases they are right in that assumption.
Most consumers donât know enough about facial skin care products, and the ingredients that they should and shouldnât contain to make an educated decision as to whether or not they should be using certain products. I have seen many a case in department stores and pharmacies where the shopper didnât even look at the ingredients label before they put the product in their cart.
âOh, look, isnât that the new collagen facial care product that has been in all of the advertisements lately?â âThe company says that this product will reduce your lines and wrinkle starting the first day that you use it, and within a week youâll look 10 years younger.â âOh, and doesnât it smell good? Iâm going to give it a try.â Does that sound familiar at all?
What people like this donât seem to understand is that the most important part of the success of any facial skin care product is not what the manufacturers tell you that it can do, but it lies in whether or not it has the correct ingredients in it to be effective. The fact is that if the people in the scenario in the last paragraph had known that collagen molecules are too dense to be absorbed by your skin they never would have bought the product.
An effective facial skin care product should be all natural if it s going to be effective in treating your skin. It should be filled with plant based oils, and enough natural antioxidants to be effective at eradicating all of the free radicals in your skin. Ingredients such as active New Zealand Manuka honey are excellent for this purpose. Manuka honey has antioxidant levels so high that it can make your immune system stronger.
If you want an effective facial skin care product avoid the toxic products that the big companies distribute, and go all natural for results instead.
To learn about the skin health products I personally use that contain active Manuka honey, visit my website today.

What skin care am I supposed to take for my marriage after three months?
I have my marriage in June and have been taking care of my skin a lot. But I want to know if there are any skin care tips or fasical masks that would be helpful and what sort of skin care should I take for a clear and glowing skin.
Exfoliate your skin weekly
Don’t wash it with soap - it’s too harsh and will strip your skin of natural oils. Wash it with a facewash designed for your skintype (dry, oily, sensitive, etc.)
Apply a mud mask every week (or every few days if your skin is oily)
Always wear sunscreen when you go outdoors
Don’t pick at spots when they appear, just let them go away on their own
Drink plenty of water
Always clean off make-up thoroughly before bed, and try not to wear it every day - your skin needs to breathe

What skin care product to use for dry skin?
My forehead and nose are ridiculously dry, to the point of peeling. But I have topical acne (Not the deep kind) along my jawline and under my cheek bones. I’m trying to find a good skin care regimen that will treat my acne without drying out my skin even more than it already is. Any suggestions?
Well, i am a huge fan of clinique. I have always had acne, and I started using clinique moisturizers ad clinique even better or turnaround concentrates, and I’ve seen a huge improvement. Their moisturizers are not greasy. They are matte or gel like so they even out your skin tone, make it very smooth, and dont get oily and shiny. I love them. After I got on accutane, which cleared up my acne but made my skin very very dry, clinique was soooo great. I would recommend the moisture surge gel- its fantastic.
I have tried others like Murad, Cetaphil, Burts bees, lancome, etc…and clinique has been my favorite.
