I moisturize daily but apparently this isn’t doing anything…

Hmm, well I wouldn’t become so obsessed at such a young age. At 16 there pretty much is no noticeable wrinkles at all! You’re probably just paranoid, but no, it’s fine.

I am not soo old but my skin, especially on my legs, looks like an elephant. I used to work in the sun as a mail carrier and wore shorts every season of the year…now, I am paying for it. My legs actually have wrinkles! What lotion or cream helps to eliminate the wrinkles I now have besides going to a doctor? Thanks

Or is it just a scam? I have some wrinkles around my mouth now and makeup settles in them. Just wondering if any of the wrinkle creams actually do anything at all.

Yes, provided the wrinkle cream contains ingredients that are scientifically proven to help reverse and prevent wrinkles. Eg ingredients include peptides like Argireline and hyaluronic acid.

What age is too young to start using a mild over the counter anti-wrinkle cream?

I am in my 30’s. I have some blemishes on my face, some mild wrinkles on my forehead, and some laugh lines. Nothing too serious. Am I too young to start using the over-the-counter anti- wrinkle creams such as Neutrogena Healthy Skin Anti-Wrinkle cream w/spf?

Someone told me that these products can actually CREATE wrinkles if you use them when you don’t need to.

Can you give me some advice?

It’s never to early to take care of your skin with a good moisturizer and sunscreen.
Anti-aging products like the one you mention use alpha hydroxy acids or AHAs. These are very light exfoliating ingredients. The basically slough off dead skin cells on top of the skin so the skin looks fresher. Over time, they can slow down the formation of wrinkles and laugh lines. Actually the most important anti-aging ingredient is the sunblock - sun damage does more to age skin than anything else. An over-the-counter product can cost less than the expensive creams you find online or in department stores, so I’d say yes - go ahead and use it. It won’t cause wrinkles, it can only help. I wouldn’t put it on at night though - it’s usually best to just sleep with nothing on the face, unless you have really dry skin.

Lets say you never thought about wrinkle cream before or mention it to him. Would you be upset? Would it mean that he thought you were old and all wrinkled. Would you us the cream?

Tell HIM to use it!

I don’t mind trying Botox but I don’t know much about it. If you know the pros and cons please share. I don’t trust websites much sometimes I think the reviews are fake. I want to try a cream first and than try botox if that’s the only thing that will work. Does botox remove the wrinkles?

Guess, botox does not remove wrinkles. What it does is to paralyze for a time, the muscles of the skin where it’s injected. Once paralyzed you cannot move the muscles that cause wrinkles. But the wrinkles that are already there stay there. In other words, botox does nothing for wrinkles you already have. For the wrinkles you already have, I recommend what I use; Preve extreme anti aging by Isabella Pelle. It’s made specifically for fine lines/wrinkles. It has the highest concentration of "peptides" active ingredients to fight them. Also has the highest concentration of the best known moisturizer, hyaluronic acid. This has kept my skin baby smooth.
Last month they came out with a more concentrated version of Preve called Cura. It’s everything Preve except they concentrated it to extreme. I got it 2 weeks ago; it’s excellent. What you need to do is decide which one is best for you. I recommend both. http://www.isabellapelle.com/antiagingcream.html

I would like to reduce the wrinkles around my eyes (crows feet) and soften the appearance of my skin tone. There are so many different wrinkle creams and toners on the market that can be purchased at the store and only online. I don’t know which ones actually work and which ones are just marketing scams. Can someone please let me know what you have tried and does it work.
