    Research and/or read Paula Begoun’s books (”Don’t go to the Cosmetic’s counter without me”) and her Website….I wouldn’t buy the book unless you feel the need b/c her website has sooooooooo much info on it. You need to use an AHA product on your face for wrinkle prevention and repair. And you need to start now before things get worse! Use AHA products after you wash and/or tone your face but before your moisturizer.
    AHA stands for alpha hydroxy acid and it exfoliates on top of the skin.

    It’s all apart of the aging process…it’s natural and unavidable. from what I’ve learned there isn’t mush that topological creams can do other than moisturize. One of the other posts points out that your BF% is a huge factor in how noticeable wrinkles are. I’m 44 and have very few wrinkles but then again I drink alot f fluids and stay out of the sun almost religiously. I do have laugh lines and though I’m not fond of the look I remember how I got them and then smile and add to them. Peace

    O, and i forgot to say that when you have such low bodyfat- it does show lines more. Once i gained a little bit of bodyfat back- some of my lines filled in :)

    Zuzana, I wish you knew how beautiful you are even with a litlte bit of lines (which no one can see!) I hope you won’t obssess about your looks. Aging is a natural part of life and it shows you have enjoyed life (laugh lines). We can’t be perfect looking barbie dolls until we are 90. You look wonderful the way you are. It will come out in your character if you worry too mch about your looks. Just take good care of yourself the best you can :) Many blessings to you!

    Keep hydrated and away from long time spent in the sun and you should do alright. Zuzana really has nothing to worry about, she’s still a gorgeous young woman! I thought she was younger then 27!

    Nice waist. Very slim. Those black and white lines make you seem slimmer. I wonder if all your work will go to waist if you have a baby. Don’t have a cesarian section. It might leave scars and they’re unnecessary most of the time according March of Dimes. Doctors make money that way.
